GLOBAL LEARNING MEDALLION PROGRAM
GLOBAL LEARNING COURSES &Â EVENTS
As a global medallion student I was able to take a total of four Global Learning courses that provided me with a global view of my discipline of study. I learned how to conduct a multi-perspective analysis of international and intercultural problems as well as enhance my knowledge of international issues, trends and systems. This instilled in me a deeper passion and aspiration to contribute to finding solutions to the challenges that many countries, communities, and individuals face. I was also able to attend and participate in many Global Learning events that connected me with invaluable opportunities, such as The Future of the Americas Event hosted by the Kimberly Green Latin American and Caribbean Center, where I was able to meet and chat with Costa Rica's Former President Luis Guillermo Solis Rivera.
